Heat Transfer Process
Step 1: Create a high-resolution picture.
Step 2: Computer layout output size and quantity.
Step 3: Print the pattern onto heat transfer paper using a heat transfer printer.
Step 4: Use a heat press machine or hot stamping machine to print the pattern onto the product at high temperature.
Step 5: Finished product.
Shipment Services:1. Warehouse & Ship Booking: Services like warehouse booking, ship booking, warehouse entry, and container loading are provided within the agreed working days.
2. Special Freight Considerations: Some freight forwarders might not handle specific materials like ink. In such cases, alternative freight forwarders must be used, which could result in delays. The additional costs incurred would be the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Print Heads Transportation: For air shipments, print heads are shipped with the machine, whereas for sea shipments, the method is determined by the customer. Due to the risk of damage or loss during sea transit, it's advised to send them separately via express courier (like DHL).
4. Custom Clearance: Customers in certain regions or countries might need special customs clearance documents. Advance coordination with the sales agent is necessary to avoid delays.
5. Port Release: Any request for releasing the machine at the port should be made in a timely manner and can only be processed on working days.
